About Us

Our Hotel

The Warehouse Suite might very well be one of the best kept secrets in Huerfano County. Located on the top floor of the historic Kincade Building built in 1903 in downtown La Veta, the building was once used as a meeting place, dry goods store, church, dance hall, movie theatre and of course a warehouse.

After Mitzi and Don Keairns inherited the building from their father, Charlie Masinton, plans were made and the space was renovated into a lovely living space. With attention to detail and keeping the old world charm mixed with modern convenience and elegance, the Warehoue Suite was completed in 2008.
